/REWARDS AND COMPENSATION
Strategic Metrics is committed to rewarding all team members on
the basis of performance in implementing the Vision and Objectives
of Strategic Metrics. Bonuses will be calculated on both individual
and team efforts. For individual efforts, the bonus will be tied
to those job aspects that the team member can control. For the
team effort, the bonus will be tied to achieving and exceeding
the strategic financial budget. It is the strategic intent of
Strategic Metrics that bonuses have no upper cap, and therefore,
become a major portion of the individual's compensation.
