/BOB NEGRI, Director of Financial Services Industry
Bob has over 30 years of diverse banking experience in the
banking industry. Over his long career, he has major
responsibility include sales training, sales management, total
quality management, retail and commercial bank management,
business banking, human resources, internal consulting services
and retail strategic planning.
Bob's expertise developed through his affiliation with such
banks as BancOhio National, Florida National, First Union and
SouthTrust. He has spoken at various bank conferences on retail
bank management and sales culture development. Bob served as
executive vice president of retail banking with SouthTrust Bank
before joining SMI.
Bob's specialty areas are sales management and measurement,
sales culture development, sales incentive plans, service
measurement and retail brand development.
